The Hand that Fits

In a world full of strangers, how do you find the person whose hands fit yours?

I don’t believe in soul mates but I believe that in one’s lifetime, you will meet a person who’s cut perfectly for you. No, you won’t find a perfect person but you will find somebody whose imperfections are as imperfect as yours. I wish I can impart something to help you in finding that imperfect perfection but I can’t.

There are no perfect persons; no perfect relationships but in this lifetime, you’re lucky to even meet someone molded to fit the curves of your being  and fill the empty spaces of your soul.

How Far are You Willing to Go for Love?

photo from: http://www.funmunch.com/love/love_animated_gifs1.shtmlI thought I know a lot of things about love. I thought having at least one long-term relationship gives you the right to say that you’re a seasoned pro on love. It turned out I was wrong.

All I can say now is that I had it all too easy on love. Sure, I’ve had my fair share of  heart aches and complications, but I realized that my experiences don’t measure up to those of others.  Listening to people of the same age as I am talk about their experiences and how they dealt with their problems made me doubt my capacity to love.
